Puffed heart in center with antiqued silver detail etching on heart and wings. Halo on angel reminds me of a nurses hat, could be a lovely gift for a nurse or caregivers this Mother's Day!

Excellent, like new condition, only listed as such because I do not have original box. Most likely never worn. There might be many available, but I believe this one to be 95% surety brand new as it was still in packaging with tissue wrapping and anti- tarnish black square paper inside.
